About the event
Colorful Encounters will be decorating Wine Bottles at The Chincoteague Center Thursday October 5, 6:30-8:30
We will be painting wine bottles with staind glass paint and topping them off with a 6 ft strand of fairy lights. You can choose a template or make your own design. There will be lots to choose from.
