About the Course
Make a String art wall hanging! String art is characterized by an arrangement of colored thread strung between points to form geometric patterns or represent designs.
String art was originally called the 'curve stitch' and was invented by Mary Everest Boole at the end of the 19th century to make mathematical ideas more available to children. It was made a trendy craft in the late 1960s through kits and books.
The string art project we teach can be simple or complex depending on what you are looking for and can be adjusted in many ways for the needs of the group.
$40 per person for up to 2 hours. Includes all supplies to make your first design.
