Registration Deadlines for Classes:
Ten days prior to the class date. 

Cancellations:
Refunds will be given up to one 10 days prior to the beginning of the class. After this time your project and reservation is non-refundable. You can choose to pick up a project pack which has all the supplies for you to do your project on your own. You can choose to join a future class for the same project if that works better for you. All supplies are purchased at this time and your spot has been reserved.

 

Colorful Encounters reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to minimal enrollment. If cancellation occurs, Colorful Encounters will refund all workshop fees.

Our Art Classes can be hosted in person on-site at your location.
For any in person classes hosted at a location greater than 40 miles from Parsonsburg there will be an additional travel fee of $1 for each additional mile.
